A true passion for technology – from setting up new devices to troubleshooting and offering ongoing support for everything from laptops to printers and routers.
A desire for flexible working hours, allowing you to choose when and where you work.
Experience delivering tech support in either home or office environments, or you’re currently pursuing studies in a technology-related field (formal qualifications are not necessary).
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex tech issues in a simple, understandable way.
A reliable vehicle and a current driver’s license for travel to job sites.
Your own toolkit, essential troubleshooting tools, and a basic inventory of tech parts.
An Australian Business Number (ABN) and the ability to issue invoices electronically in PDF format.
