    • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% fee, or 100% credit towards future bookings.
  • Due to operational factors, technician arrival may vary up to 1–2 hours around your scheduled time.
  • Apple-certified technicians perform Mac Support.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service (cash, EFTPOS, or credit card).
  • Certain issues may require a paid inspection or diagnostic fee to determine whether the device can be repaired.
