Booking Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Service Fee + GST
    All bookings are subject to a service fee, in addition to GST.

    2. Exclusion of Parts and Components
    The service fee does not cover the cost of any required parts, hardware, or additional components.

    3. Transportation Expenses
    Any transportation or logistics expenses incurred (if applicable) are not included in the standard service fee.

    4. Non-Refundable Call-Out Fee
    Once a technician arrives onsite, the service fee becomes non-refundable. It includes both the call-out and the first hour of service.

    5. Distance Surcharge
    A surcharge may be applied based on the distance to the service location.

    6. Mobile and Remote Support Services
    We are a fully mobile service — technicians attend the location provided at the time of booking. Remote support can also be arranged upon specific request.

    7. Same-Day Booking Discount
    Receive a 20% discount when you book a service for the same day.

    8. Parking Requirements
    If free or unpaid parking is available at the service location, the weekday promotional 10% parking discount will not apply.

    9. Same-Day Appointment Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations for same-day appointments are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

    10. Cancellation Within 48 Hours
    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a 100% credit toward a future booking.

  1. IT Service Geeks’ Cancellation Policy
    If IT Service Geeks must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will entitle the client to a 25% discount on their rescheduled booking.
  2. Refund Processing
    Refunds for canceled services, products, or appointments are initiated promptly but may take 10–15 business days to be processed, depending on your payment method. You will receive confirmation via email once the refund is verified.
  3. Promotional Discounts
    Promotional discount codes are valid for single use only and apply exclusively to the initial booking fee.
  4. Appointment Timing Adjustments
    While we prioritize your scheduled time, on busy days we may contact you to propose a time adjustment. You will be notified by our back-office team if any changes are required.
  5. Technician Arrival Window
    Technicians may arrive up to 1–2 hours later than the scheduled appointment time due to unforeseen circumstances. Occasionally, they may arrive earlier — if so, we will contact you in advance. Kindly remain available during the scheduled window to ensure that the service can be delivered smoothly.
