By confirming your booking, you agree to the following key conditions:
- Service Fee applies plus GST.
- Parts, transportation, or additional expenses (if any) are billed separately.
- Onsite visits include a non-refundable call-out fee and the first hour of service.
- Remote Support is available upon request.
- Same-day booking? Enjoy a 15% discount (subject to availability).
- Parking available? Great! Please note unpaid parking may affect promotional discounts.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Same-day booking cancellations: 100% fee applies.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% fee, or 100% credit towards future bookings.
- Technician arrival may vary up to 1–2 hours around your scheduled time due to operational factors.
- Mac Support is performed by Apple-certified technicians.
- Payment is due upon completion of service (cash, EFTPOS, or credit card).
